Founded in the early 2000's, we are nestled next to Edmonton's beautiful river valley and are the perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our tight-knit community comes together to enjoy our various activities, ranging from yoga classes to our family friendly events!
Our Community
Upper Windermere is a residential neighborhood located in southwest Edmonton. We are situated near the North Saskatchewan River, offering stunning views of the river valley. Our community also features walking trails and green spaces, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation.
Our Private Leisure Centre
One of the highlights of Upper Windermere is our private recreation centre, which includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and playground. The center is exclusively available to residents of our community and their guests.
