You can now pay your 2024 WRA Annual Fees using an online option.
The 2024 Budget Package:
The 2024 budget package has been meticulously prepared to ensure the continued smooth functioning of our community. For your convenience, a copy of the budget letter and budget summary has been sent out to all residents. Take a moment to review the details.
Access Your Invoice Online:
Your individual invoice is now available on your account, and accessing it online is a breeze. Please check your email for full details from Core Property Management.
Important Note for Property Sales:
For those who have recently sold their Windermere Residents Association property, kindly get in touch with Core Real Estate Group at info@coremanagement.ca at your earliest convenience. Ensuring a seamless transition is essential for their records.
Payment Options:
Paying your fees is now easier than ever. You have three options at your disposal:
Cheque Payment: Mail your cheque to 1250, 5555 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 5P9, payable to Windermere Residents Association.
Online Payment: Use your credit card through your online account. Please be mindful of the applicable fees.
Telephone Payment: Call Teleplay at 587-393-3176, use the access code on your invoice, and pay using your credit card. Be aware that applicable fees may apply.
