We're thrilled to announce that all of the major renovations in the outdoor arena are now complete. It's time to celebrate as we introduce our newest additions – two adjustable and two fixed basketball net systems! We can't wait to see you enjoying these new nets and having a blast on the court. As we kick off the summer season, we'd like to provide you with some important information about the nets and their usage. Let's dive in!
Adjustable Nets
We've installed two adjustable basketball nets to cater to players of different heights and skill levels. Currently, the nets are locked in place at the lowest setting, which is 7'2". If you need to adjust the net height, we kindly ask you to approach one of the attendants on site. It's important to note that improper handling of the crank mechanism can cause wear and tear or even breakage, so it's best to leave the adjustments to the trained staff.
Adjusted Net Availability
For the last week of May, we will have attendants available to adjust the nets in the evening between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. This arrangement ensures that all residents have an opportunity to enjoy the nets at different heights during the day. In the evenings, the nets can be adjusted to accommodate adults who may prefer a higher setting for their basketball games.
Summer Adjustments
During the summer months, the net adjustments will be available during the operational hours of the outdoor rink. This means that you can make use of the adjustable nets throughout the day, allowing you to fine-tune the height to suit your preferences and playing style.
